Shop My Look: Sunset Eyes

Hi babes, welcome back to my blog!

On Easter Sunday I decided to create a different look.. this is what I came up with:

A ‘halo’ / ‘sunset’ look:

1 – I always set my eyes with an eye primer!!! I highly recommend you do so as well. I like to use:

In my opinion this is the BEST eyeshadow primer & BETTER than UD. * you might see a lot of makeup guru’s use concealer which is perfectly fine! but remember to set the concealer with a powder!! ~ very important so your shadows won’t crease

2 – I began by blending ‘sweetheart‘ from the @TarteCosmetics Tartelette in Bloom Palette into and above my crease *this will be my base color

3 – I also blended @AnastasiaBeverlyHills single shadow ‘Birkin‘ into my crease until I got the nice orange/pink-ish shade I wanted

4 – Next, I applied @L’OrealParis 24h Infallible Eyeshadow in ‘Glistening Garnet‘ all over mylid *you can use your finger with this product / a flat brush and pack onto the eye lid … I slightly packed this color above my crease as well

5 – Mixing, I packed on @AnastasiaBeverlyHills single shadow ‘China Rose‘ all over my eyelid *I did this because I didn’t like how the 24h Infallible shadow looked alone & thought it needed more color

This is a beautiful color! It is a ‘DuoChrome‘ shadow which makes the shadow look as though there are multiple colors

6 – In order to get that ‘halo’ effect I applied (in a blending motion) @AnastasiaBeverlyHills single shadow ‘Rich Velvet‘ on to my outer corner AS WELL AS the inner corner of my eyes * I mainly used blending, circular motions, into my crease as well as sweeping motions in order to make the darker color blend well with the other colors

7 – Lastly I used @AnastasiaBeverlyHills single shadow ‘Soft Gold‘ to highlight on my brow bone as well as my inner tear duct

8 – For liner I used @KatVonDBeauty Tattoo Liner in ‘Trooper‘ & my lashes are Ardell’s Black Wispies

9 – On my lips… @ColourPopCosmetics x Karruche Tran lip-liner in KAE & Ultra Matte Liquid Lipstick in KAE
